As they continue to grow, they are looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join their collaborative team.

What You’ll Do:

Review architectural drawings and written specifications for institutional, commercial, and public building projects.
Complete detailed take-offs and prepare accurate estimates that form the basis for formal client quotations.
Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure every bid is precise, timely, and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of construction industry experience, ideally with institutional or commercial projects.
At least 1 year of construction estimating experience.
Hands-on experience with take-off software (OST, Bluebeam, or similar).
Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD, with strong general computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you can clearly explain complex details.
A self-motivated, organized professional with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
