Associate Director, M&A

This is an ideal role for someone who has built a strong analytical foundation and is ready to take on more commercial responsibility. You will gain exposure to the full M&A lifecycle, from initial assessment to closing, while working directly with business owners and senior leaders.

What you will do
• Support the evaluation of new acquisition opportunities
• Build clear financial models and valuations
• Analyze financial statements and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare investment materials and support early stage negotiations
• Coordinate due diligence across multiple internal functions
• Conduct industry and competitive research
• Participate in calls with founders and senior executives
• Take on more ownership of deals as your experience grows

What you bring
• Around five years of experience including two to three years in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or a similar environment
• Strong modelling skills and the ability to produce clean, accurate analysis
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and how value is created
• Comfort working with imperfect data and smaller, founder led companies
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset but not required
