- Description
- The primary objective of the Marketing Lead/Manager role is to support the development and maintenance of long-term sustainable business relationships with existing and prospective client accounts through various activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:- Develop client-facing presentations and proposals highlighting company’s value to client(s)
- Ensure consistency in all marketing, promo and sales materials
- Maintain contacts and opps tracked via company’s CRM platform
- Provide support to marketing and business development department using strategic direction and insight/ knowledge of company’s audience/existing clientele
- Increase awareness of company services amongst relevant audiences
- Managing and developing weekly/monthly content for social media postings on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Upkeep of company website via WordPress
- Development of original content for awards submissions
- Oversight of project photography and videos
- Support in arranging client-facing events
- Coordinating gift deliveries
- Upkeep of all marketing files in Sharepoint
- Issuing of press releases and other media opportunities
Other Duties and Responsibilities:- Research market/industry trends, communications, and behaviours
- Develop fresh, innovative and creative ideas for team to review and implement
Qualifications:- Superb oral and written communication abilities
- Time management skills
- Entrepreneurial by nature, a self-starter
- Top level presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of people
- Proficient with InDesign
- Detail-oriented
Public Contact:
Constant and frequent interaction with internal team members and occasional meetings with key audiences
Physical Demands:
Provide extended hours when necessary
Working Conditions and Environments:
Majority of work is conducted in an office environment. The job involves interaction in all social settings and some local travel.
Role requires a willingness to meet a flexible schedule.
